It is indeed really annoying when a user copies creations people worked hard on, especially if up votes are given to the stolen creations.

Well, They may not do something right away, but I'm sure they'll get around to it. for example it was over a week until the save by Korea that was a copy of mine was deleted/ hidden. The point is that they probably will get around to it sooner or later... And it also depends on the time of day. If you post at this sort of time, A moderator most probably won't see it and it will be forgotten. So this topic needs to stay at the top of the list for a while for something to be done. Also consider how busy the moderator is.
That's my theory anyway. Have faith in the Moderators.
