DLAY works just fine.  The amount of delay is set by temperature (in celcius, so when setting in kelvin add 273.15)

Spark with PSCN to store, and it will give it to NSCN after the frame delay.

Also very old thread, and this info is probably on the wiki.  Make a new thread if you really don't get it or need help with a specific save or something.
