Now that I think of it, I can think of a couple of other flammable elements this could apply to. The first one is PLNT. The second one is INSL.

I added WOOD and PLNT turning greyish when hot to my mod (Download exe with the change here). I could also make them turn pale, like in your other suggestion I just saw.

Thanks. For some reason, the mod won't work. The error says "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:11f5 IP:03ff OP:63 6f 6e 2d 31 Choose 'Close to terminate the application."

    Sounds like a .dll problem

I forgot, that link needs the dll's. I only compile libraries statically for releases. You can find a link on the wiki or get libraries.zip here, they're in the build folder.

Thanks for the help. By the way, if you decide to add the pale effect on wood and plant when cold, one thing to consider is that if they warm back up, they should return to their original color. This won't work on charred wood though.

EDIT: Downloaded the dlls, and still won't work.

EDIT 2: Figured out that the problem was that I right clicked and saved the link as the exe instead of the actual exe file on Github.

Ok, the way I have it is that burnt wood turns back, since it's only a graphical effect. I could make it not turn back though, and then add the pale colored wood and plant too.
