The disease can't be cured, but since it only attacks my blood I get a full blood transplant because I run an army of super genuis doctors. I'm alive!!!

The next user gets the same disease but it can't be cured and will stay in your body no matter what

I just happen to have a time machine on hand. I go to the past, before I had the disease. I merge my former self with my sick self and the sickness is wiped due to the laws of physics. I just happen to keep doing this, letting me live forever.

I knew someone was going to say something about time travel or cloning. Ok so I was playing whack a zombie and I whack them all into oblivion.

The next user was a zombie that got whacked

I get whacked, killed, and become a zombie from the zombie that you just whacked. I do this permanently,at last you die because of lose of health.

I drop my two Big Bang Bombs (id:1661453, there is an original big ver. and a small ver., and I drop them both) on the next user's head.

There are no ways to defuse it, or undetonating it, and you don't have a time machine to go back to past, and there are no nuclear bunkers close that you can hide before you die, and finally you cannot revive yourself, or by any other's help.

Fortunately, there happens to be some BHOL in the way, which shield me from the explosions.

The next user is trapped outside of Earth's magnetosphere while a massive solar flare is arriving, causing you to die of radiation poisoning.
