Also to fix the huge Multiple Accounts Abuse that this would bring, maybe it should be max one account per IP, more on request maybe? Also that would keep peoples from escaping bans by other accounts -

Yes, good idea, but what about every single user in the game who has 2 accounts? Nearly everyone has at least 2, I have about 7, including group accounts.
Then again, the IP system would find out that it was me if I ever did. -

Also maybe then 2 types of accounts : Mains, that have reputations, and Alts for business or anything else that can't vote saves or have reputation
Maybe it's getting too complex just for reputation but...maybe that would be good for the forums -

Though I don't think many people would care for ranking points if they only go on TPT for saves. This thing is just a small offsite type of system. Also if they mention it I don't think people would give up precious rep for saves that don't make much of a cut. If I mention "Rep me on ISR!" I'm pretty sure people wouldn't want to give up a point for something like that. Again to give /take someone's rep requires a reason and approval.
(Summary)
Basically people would save their precious rep to someone better. To give or take requires reason and approval through the system.
