then try it again, here is what you do, open powder toy, place some metal, switch to heat gradient view, select heat tool, draw on the metal until it turns red/orange, then come back here and tell me it doesn't work.

omg my friend was on my account sorry cracker64 for noobiness and i acually have a deceant suggestion for iron ( i know its their) but maybe you could add [ZINC] and galvanized steel like antb listened to me for this idea so can you?

    Zinc
    [ZINC]
    Zinc + 1000C = lava
    Zinc (c-type lava) + Iron (c-type lava) = gstl
    color: redish

    Galvanized steel
    [GSTL]
    GSTL + 3500C = lava
    Zinc (c-type lava) + Iron (c-type lava) = gstl
color: sort of iron but if possible a glow when reflecting photons

what other uses would they have besides the reactions to make GSTL, any special electrical properties.

    here ill make edits

    Zinc
    [ZINC]
    Zinc + 1000C = lava
    Zinc (c-type lava) + Iron (c-type lava) = gstl
electric properties: only conducts to switch and insulated wire
    color: redish

    Galvanized steel
    [GSTL]
    GSTL + 3500C = lava
    Zinc (c-type lava) + Iron (c-type lava) = gstl
electrical properties: like pscn it conducts to all conducters and doesnt heat up with current
color: sort of iron but if possible a glow when reflecting photons

can you make broken metal glow like fireworks when they get contact with fire
so it would make cool sparks
