Yes, when it's tmp value is higher than 244 it replicates things. This happens when it is at its brightest and glowiest spot. It's tmp is constantly going down and when it is less than 0 (or greater than 255) it resets to 255, leaving only about 10 frames of clone time. It only has a small chance to clone things around it during that time too (1 out of 500 chance), making it not very noticeable, but if you put a pixel of water on it, after a while you'll notice there's more than one. Also, it's not actually cloning things, it changes itself into the thing.
@yttrium39(View Post) It might be fixed (a very simple fix), but I think temperatures and pressures that are too high are reset after a frame anyway. Fusion does both if those too.
@fsjd(View Post) That's a new feature, just don't use too many compressed lightning particles, or put EHOL on top of it which raises the limit to 1500 particles per spot (not sure if it will still work after this). People were using compression to create lag, so it was fixed.
