ButtTths problem is only with your link for the Powder Toy with PYRX.
I mean, when I unzip the Powder.rar and start the The Powder Toy.exe File.
And I can't download the dll File

The DLL file is there..did you unzip it? You have to extract all the files before it can find the file..

The only files in the rar are:
libbz2.dll
msvcr80.dll
msvcr100.dll
powder.c
SDL.dll
and
The Powder Toy.exe

Can't you make the StickMan indestructible?

I only added the pyrex (I used the latest version of source code from github.com/facialturd, so the stickman changes are there also).
I guess you could make STKM indestructible if you change the life variable to 99999999999 or something and compile, but I don't think you'll be able to do that, if you can't even find a DLL.
