Well, Lynx is only based on colourful text. That's what people call a CLI.
Well, I use Opera. I love the startup / run speed and the look. Also, to Chrome users, see this: link
And to Firefox users, I say: I like that browser, but try Opera. It's also great. (it doesn't require an addon to mess with website source code :D)
