    the people who did the save would not be able to vote, but those who had no part in the save can respectably have their fair share or 1 vote.

    I quite like this idea, I think it would be an interessting addition, but two things are puzzling me, 1) whose account does it go on 2) how on earth would this work?

    it would go on both of the accounts. and thats what we would have to figure out.

    It has been suggested before and it was given some serious consideration, up to the point of the basic framework was drafted out iirc. I doubt it'll happen any time soon however.
