get visual studio go on youtube and learn how to program in basic then go to the wiki read it and di what it says should only take you 1 day to do that then think of the properties you would want in you mod add them and then save it as the same type of file that the powdertoy is and launch the download link to the website you gave the download to.

true im not im trying to make emp and a mod all at once (the mod is with somebody) the emp search emp on the forums u will find da man in charge who is helping me fix it up (HE CAME UP WITH THE IDEA soz 4 caps)

Age has no limit. It's determination that will carry you through, and obviously, you have none if you can't find a different setup that's IN the wiki.

So? If I knew about TPT at 11, I could have easily made a mod.
