Why not just add the element to the black list when somebody survived with which? Then you got a big bomb that nobody can beat it!

Alright. But DEUT is the best one to defend BOMB I told you, I've made a small one with DEUT and black hole, it won't eats your CPU and it works. Whatever you say

@Baizuo: it only lost to 8 bombs at once (big bombs). If you use only 2 as the contest demands, it still survives. BTW, I tested it with 8 and it still survived, just with that exact positioning. I'll reposition it, but it still beats both bombs at once if you only use 2.

@Yew101, I fixed the bunker so that it even survives 8 bombs at once. Try the save now, and if it doesn't work, then try with only 2 bombs. There's no way it loses to the proper rules. (I'ts always defeated 2 bombs.)
