     Well, if an element has no real uses, there's no reason to add it.

    People "kiss electronics' bum" because that's actually a major part of TPT, and that field's also where the most use could come from new elements.

     

    Also, I'm not really sure what you mean by the "commoners", but they probably have enough explosives.
