I first thought about this after seeing virus, but this only dissolves Gold ,and if it was ever added, platinum and tin. So it's connected more to electronics than virus which is like a eat-away-everything element.

Aqua regia + soap should turn into whatever it absorbed, and Acid + soap should turn into Salt+Water. You'll have to make sure that the acid doesn't eat the watr and salt as soon as it forms.
