Anti-matter is just as stable as normal matter, just as long as it stays seperate from normal matter.

Its stable enough that infact you could have an anti-matter earth, or Antimatter Universe infact. Just as-long as antimatter does not contact normal matter its as stable as its chiral normal matter counterpart.

I didn't want to be that accurate.

    But if you wish:
"Think of anti-protons as another form of hydrogen-ions, with all its properties."

    Better?

when any thing touches anti matter it destroys it but if you had particals like phot, neut or elec ,could it not destroy it and if so why not make it so they move it and can keep it in place like in the movie

It is only destructive if you let it touch matter. When it does touch matter, it releases a burst of gamma rays and neutrinos.
