If I figure out how to code for sticky I'll add a toggle to turn it off. That way you can blow or wash away the particles to restart the conductor. You can't do that with insl. Also, to stop intricate electronics (pixals of different elements all touching) you would have to damage it to put in insulator. This would stop it just by touching it.
