I don't see how WiFi is cheating....i mean...nearly everyone uses it, but not a single rant that WiFi is being considered "cheating".

Unless it is decided against in common guidelines or rules, it is fair game, meaning anyone can use it without hatred or reprocussion from the general public. If it's considered cheating, well, it probably wouldn't exist, would it? In fact that's its main purpose, to increase efficiency in electronic based saves.

    Derailed thread is derailed.

Also, Wifi -is- very cheating, but it also makes a lot of things possible/feasible that were simply absurd before.

We all shat bricks when cracker first made a wifi demo, seriously, it's awesome, use it all you like.

If you want it to be -more- awesome though? Make a functioning version without it. ;P

Yeah, do it the old way! Use PTCT, NTCT and METL(and INWR if you're really dedicated) to make tens of wires run against each other! Use water timers to align sparks! Do it the Cave Johnson way! Make life take the WIFI back! Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give WIFI!

Slow wires? INST and ARAY are fine, but the entire circuitry made of metl, ptct ect is slow. There is nothing better about doing that.

In my opinion the "Harder way" shows you set yourself a challenge, which is good, but gives you no reason to judge work by if it has wifi or not.

Haha, I just made a portal 2 reference back there. I have no preferences for non-WIFI and WIFI saves, main thing is that they work and they are creative.

Actually portal references are appropriate here. Portal elements use the same mechanic as WIFI does to transmit sparks/elements from point A to B.

A functioning what? She never specified what to build without WIFI.

(Is Catelite a woman's name? I'm so confused as to what gender that name is... I'm assuming its feminine. Sorry if I'm wrong @Catelite!)
