I'm thinking, we launch nyan cat send prisoners to space. Using prisoners reduces cost as they do not need paying and only need no food bare minimum food. So then, you have your slaves prisoners on the moon, you give them all giant shovels. As gravity is low on the moon, the Toast King rules the moon a giant shovel would work brilliantly. Give them a few months, it should be done. Oh, and, they'd dump all the dug-up moon rock/dust to the side of the giant nyan cat trench. It'd give it a cool outline.

I think the structure on surface of moon is easiest way to  write Food on the moon.
