I Wish i had the Nemisis From Cave Story and it was fully functional, couldn't backfire, stayed level 1, and was Indestructable and I couldn't be harmed from it, always could teleport it to my hands, and Couldn't fire anything but Lightning Bolts.

It is tuna that swam in Deuterium oxide. you die from radioactivity poisoning.
