Well, I'm not sure. From the URL it would appear to have something to do with Lenny, which is a set of Perl (?) SDL bindings. I went to the page but couldn't tell. I did search the Debian package repository and I couldn't seem to find anything not related to SDL bindings for other languages, but I'll look into it some more.
As I pointed out before, iOS development can be done equally well in C, C++, and Obj-C, no cocoa required. Trust me, there are apps that have been written in C & C++, just Obj-C is the "language of choice" for making apps, and the one most endorsed by Apple.
