The next user has been put in a (REAL) human-sized microwave that has been set for 1000 seconds. There is no door for the microwave, and there are ninjas with (REAL) swords that will easily kill you if you manage to escape. There is a hole at the bottom that will open after 1000 seconds in case you don't melt by the end of 1000 seconds (impossible). The walls of the microwave are filled with shards of glass. The walls of the microwave are 100 feet thick.

I melt, drain through the hole, and escape without the ninjas knowing. I am a shapeshifting blob. Everyone knows that.
The next person has been thrown in an unescapeable cave full of man eating bears. You are a normal human without superpowers. The only thing you have is underwear. They took your clothes, but wouldn't take that.

The cave was located in a volcanic area rich in minerals, so I managed to find an area lit up by an underground lava lake. I noticed the bears approaching, so I killed them with some stones. I then used the resources in the cave to build an underground house that I now live in.
The next user is being lowered into that lava lake.
