Version 40.2 Released!

Version 40.2 2018-04-08
Update build server (linux 64 bit and mac builds using newer compiler)

This update is only for the Linux 64 bit and Mac versions. I ended up just patching the mac 10.7 SDK, because I couldn't get the 10.13 SDK to work (osxcross supports 10.11 at the latest right now, and I don't think apple lets you download older SDKs).

I always port all official tpt things / commits to my mod. No need to "suggest" it. I might not add that for a few days / week, we'll see whenever I decide to do another mod update.

Hmm, it doesn't happen to me. Checked on Windows 10, and on Linux with valgrind (which helps solve memory read/write bluescreens)

The fact that it completely crashed and didn't show a tpt bluescreen is strange to me. TPT is pretty good at catching all of its crashes.

Does it happen every time?
