    I have an idea similar to that but a little more useful.

    GRND: Ground, grows Plant with Seeds and Water, cuts off electricity.

    Fluorine: I have but it doesn't generate heat when when introduced to electricity.
    Chlorine: -1

    These ideas are alright but I don't want to make them.

    what about sound waves?
    as pulses or something. when sparked, creates a sound wave in every direction, unless blocked.
    could also bounce, but decreases each time.

    would be effective if you needed to move particles in a direction without worrying about gravity.
