truthfully, the antimatter really sucks, when it comes in contact with another particle it should give off a huge burst of pressure and hot neutrons, also, possibly a solid and liquid form, along with the dense gas
I think we could have elements that do not react to PAUSE. They keep moving even though the game is stopped, and don't react to paused elements (except if paused element is solid, then non-paused element flows/falls /rolls on it). This would have use if you would like to design a city/park/etc. that would normally explode unpaused. Just a thought.
Hey, Dnerd, antimatter really doesnt form compounds like regular matter does. and when antimatter touches matter, if anything, there should only be a burst of air, because antimatter+matter=destruction of matter and tons of energy.
ErasedToday, if there were elements unaffected by pausing, that would really defeat the purpose of pausing the game, wouldnt it?
erasedtoday: but its possible (and relatively easy) to create a stable city, with the elements available, but i can see how your idea can be useful explain it a bit more tho
tetracon: i am aware of that, however, "energy" in this simulation, cannot be represented by just pressure, because in powder toy there is no air that is everyewhere that can be heated as a form of energy (which would, in theory, occur in an antimatter-matter collision), so heated neutrons are a good way of showing this
edit: actually, antimatter + matter ACTUALLY does release particles, photons (gamma rays) so my new proposal is (quite a bit of) superheated photons and a large burst of pressure
(Furthermore, mixing matter and antimatter can lead to the annihilation of both in the same way that mixing antiparticles and particles does, thus giving rise to high-energy photons (gamma rays) or other particle"antiparticle pairs. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimatter)
dnerd I can't code, but since it is all in terminal it is easy. After I did step one, this is all I have to do. CD *Location of Mod* Enter make powder-x.
