Is it self voting if you have two computers but sometimes you can't ues the main one and you use the second one, but your brother (MicroDJ) uses the second one mainly?

Mostly, moderators will only take a look at the address involved if there's a very short period of time between double or multiple votes. Just make sure that if he does, or anyone else using your immediate network, that they don't do it within a few hours of your own.
...Even then, the worst examples of self-voting are people who spam accounts to give themselves lots of votes, or downvote lots of other people's saves, which are very easy to spot.

That was deliberately changed. Simon thought it would make more sense to cause clients to automatically upvote their own saves rather than preventing them from voting on their own saves period.

My Friends have to use my pc since there parents have no compluter my friends are Chaos12 aka Vick and Troller aka Mike and ryan99 is my 6 year old bro thats his name ryan Nuclearwarhead is my 18 year old brother they all vote on my saves we only have one pc since my mac shutdown.

It shouldn't because how about if they know if its you. PS and i got quick qustion how about you don't ban the user how about deleting the save and ban the user for 12 hours makes since to me atleast.
