Nope. It dips inside Neptunes orbit and has it's orbit tweaked by it, but is not a moon.

From what I had learned in school, Pluto had only Charon as a moon. Stupid school.

Maybe they haven't discovered the other moons yet

Btw, I think I'ts awesome that there is a moon with a minimum of 8 mile length.
