    @Vou No it is not, (to my knowledge) you can use Transparent Windows, it's the Image Plotting Programs that are forbidden.

    I'm pretty sure, @Lockheedmartin told me one of my Transparent Windows creations was "Completely within the rules, no worries." When I asked him about it.
