    Being K-lined is the same thing as being given an IP ban.

    If you got K-Lined on freenode, you must have done something quite severe, maybe you've got malware on your computer that spammed freenode.

    If you're interested in looking around the network, please find a server and come see us, or have a look at our network policies and project news and philosophy.

    freenode is run entirely by volunteers hailing from the wider FOSS communities which we serve. Our combined network staff and development base is made up of around 40 dedicated men and women. We can all be found in #freenode on the network, staff are all voiced and happy to help, or just have a chat with you about what we do and why we do it!

    There's nothing we can do about a server ban on freenode, you should have received an email from freenode regarding any k-line and any further action you can take. There's nothing anyone here can do about it.

    Hm.
    Post your IP address. I think I may know how.

    Around 5 AM GMT+1 there was a flood on #freenode by several different IPs. Near enough all of them got klines. They were in the 6x.x.x.x range.

    My IP address is 69.60.103.136 and I wasn't banned.

    I am consulting a freenode staff member now, for you...

    EDIT: Try again, mrmist said you're un-K:
    If you aren't, email kline@freenode.net about the situation.

    @randalserrano
    I'll ask around #freenode for you...

    they say that you were disconnected due to a technical problem which has since been resolved. If not, they need to know the error you are getting.
