    airstrike52:

It is good to use plutonium as a trigger for deuterium oxide.

Yes, I used that in one of my nuclear bombs. That way, you can use URAN to set off PLUT to set off DEUT.

    ThermoNuclear for the win

    Lol, ThermoNuclear is impossible.

Thermonuclear weapons are half possible in TPT as deuterium makes 1 of 2 isotopes of hydrogen in a real thermonuclear bomb. In the real life a fusion reaction between tritium and deuterium is used in a thermonuclear device (a long with a fissile fuel to get the reaction started). I learnt this from my YR11 physics teacher, so it could be wrong.
on topic: Plutonium=super heated uranium after main explosion for further damage.
Deuterium=smaller devices needed for equal power to a far larger plutonium weapon thanks to compression.

you are right, the combination works perfectly, Uranium heats up under boyle's pressure, which creates more pressure, making more heat + more pressure + heat + pressure + heat = BOOM. Its a bit like fission if you think about it...

Uranium + boyle is more powerfull than plutonium bomb, but takes much longer to explode.

don't forget ambiant heat on + also, look in heat view

    Uranium + boyle

My device with name - NSUrExtD used this reaction, Boyl add pressure with heat - uran generate heat with pressure - boyl add pressure - uran add temperature = Chain Reaction. It's my idea.
