I know this thread is old, but 1.4-1.5 TPT pressure is about the same as 1.01325 bar (1 atm).

I figured this out by putting water in a pressurized chamber, putting the water at 374.15 K and changing the pressure until it boiled. I started at 2 TPT pressure and went down by steps of .1

It looks like TPT pressure system is psi/10. Water boils at 14.7 psi at 374.15 K, and it boils between 1.4-1.5 TPT
