    you must be new, a 3D playing area and glue have been discussed since about version 28, when we had the pre-forum, votable suggestions page.

    And the answer is no to both (at least creating moving solids with glue, just sticking powders/liquids/gasses to a solid might work)

    Insulator still allows wlwctricity to jump.
