Cheat Engine can speed up or slow down programs, unfortunately, it does not work with powder toy.

Cheat Engine can wreck your computer, unfortunately, you people are using it.
I used to have it and it got detected by a really good virus scanner.
Then a while later my PC died completely... >=(
