I think I figured out magnetism!?

    yeah i know == means equal =! mans not equal.

    dumb queston were could I find the original powdertoy source code? that might help.

    I handn't planned on changing the information about walls on air.c. i would leave that how it is, basicly i'm just gonna created another layer pressure, like some one said it will be pretty worthless!

    MY!! This might not be so useless after all! If i do this right we could make the movement of spark make magnetism, electromagnets, transformers, FEW!

    If i make a 100% copy of air, this is what the new difines would be

    Hotair- new would be magnetism: 1.0f Repels (stronger #= high) -1.0f attracts (something to that affect)
    Airdrag-new would be electromagnetism created (used for spark)
    Advec- new would be how it is effected by magnetism

    This idea has already been covered. The problem with that is, currently air calculations are already pretty taxing on the game. Adding on another one just like it probably won't fare well, and it doesn't help that actual magnetism takes affect -instantly-.

    This has been suggested many dozens of times before. Please, no more magnetism threads.
