    It would all be easy apart from AI control, programming it to move randomly would take a long time and you'd probably end up with them going along similar paths and starting to look like they're going in circles, mostly because of Chaos theory. So even if they were randomized it would look like they weren't. Also I think if you did make it they would have to change speed randomly aswell, I think it's hard to program and also what actuall uses would they have?

    They would add realism to model cities/lakes/whatever. I was just thinking that they could move at a set speed, and every two seconds or so, would change direction to a random one. If they touched the top of the water they would swim down, and if there was no water, they would die.
