    And how do you find that out? In looking at the OPs replies and topics, I don't see it.

    Technically, we do since it does say in the Rules of the forum. So it does serve as a Terms of Service or agreement.
    Though it might have been removed for a number of reasons. Possibly because it could cause flames...
