    The was no specific set guides. Simon just makes decisions on his own part, I think... or throws are dart at a long list of users every 100 days. XD

    The forum isn't ginormous though and doesn't really need that many moderators. It's mostly just work to do even then.

    I like it though because I'm OCDish. xD
