Just pause, floodfill a metal sphere with DEUT, cool it, unpause, and add neutrons.

once you have a 1x1 stamp of fully compressed deut you can stamp/save/stamp/save to make it bigger, check my saves for a demo of just how high the compression ratios are, i bet its over 15000% for 9000 degrees, i mean just -273C to 20C is a good 16000% Compression (160x), though the compression is wasted if you use neutrons on the compressed Deut without letting it expand a bit first

(edit : -273 to +20 is 160x not 90x)
