ok so how do I get powder toy to run after I download it?

first if you dont have any programs like winzip or winrar etc extract all the files and place them in a special aarea that you will easily access ( i recommend a new folder on your desktop) place all the extracted files their and then right click on powder sse 1 2 or 3 and make a shortcut on your desktop and from their you can run the application bysimply double clicking on the icon and you can login on your account at the bottom right corner and you should be set
