It depends, are you trying to send the reply after posting? Because if you are, that means you've triggered spam protection or something along those lines (You can't post 2 times in a row, you either have to wait for someone else to post or wait 24H)
To reply, try hitting the reply button, copying the result, editing the post, pasting the copied reply and writing what you wish to say. That way all is fit into 1 post and both the moderators and you are happy.
