    Nooo, system32 should only contain system-wide default libraries. Some applications will fail to work if you add the wrong libraries there because a DLL that is beneath the application executable can get replaced by the wrong one. DLL loading on Winderp is quite weird indeed.

    TL;DR: Just put that stuff beneath your Powder.exe and you should be done.

    How could you forget to include dsakhtfgkasffdfg.dll?
