that is a description of common nukes, not a law or saying it has to be, its what mos real nukes are but this is not real, a nuke don't have to look something like that, dont have to be certain size

A nuke always uses plutonium as a starter to start the chain reaction inside a nuke. I didn't see any plutonium in yours.
And that's how you can tell whether it's a nuke or not.
