what i mean by paint is that when you paint something you make it rustproof,non flammable and non conductive. and thanks for the comment sjd704. Besides the decoration editor can change the color of iron but it wont become rust proof or non flammable or non conductive it. its like when you decorate filter it still makes blue light even if its colored a different color

if a metal is rustproof, non-flammable and NON CONDUCTIVE, how does it exhibit even a slighest unique property of metal? paint can be just made by coloring metal. if you REALLY want those properties, just take something like INVS and color it whatever color you wish. VOILA! 'metal' that is painted AND exhibits the qualities you wish for.
SULFUR-if you want sulfur in-game to have many reactions, list some of the reactions that are unique and are not yet in the game.
SULFURIC ACID- this sounds like acid.
NITRIC ACID- what use would thsi have besides making some explosive material.
TARNISH- this sounds like paint. press 'B' to access the DECO layer.
