You didn't get me. Mods, simon and devs rules this comunity however they want, not having to respect anyones wish. Lets be realistic and face that every second saves are being created, posted and spammed by "noobs" with no or little experience of anything who then complain of being hated all the time. This is just one of few ideas to stop this and if you got any better idea PLEASE POST IT! Since I agree, this would be more like a last option than first -

They do respect peoples! They only enforce the rules. Some mods may not really be respectful, but almost all of them are so much less offensive then users are to them.
Plus, noobs making saves are not a problem if they don't advertise it anywhere. They can make saves as much as they want, nobody will see it. -

Maybe a much -much- higher limit but, it would still be individual, and only to stop people from spamming saves.
I can't really imagine why anyone would need to post more than ten a day or so, but most saves, mind, are just refreshing saves and not entirely independent saves. You'd have to distinguish between the two.
