It's not the hardware that's that's the issue, it's the OS. So, no, he can't save the game to a flash drive, it's the actual OS' fault. I'm not sure what about it, either the coding or the power needed, but you need Snow Leopard for this game.

my school bans flashdrives (well not anymore, but last year they did)

i am not good at coding so i cannot get even close to coding a all new TPT for you, but i would go ask around on some other discussions (but not random ones because you will get banned).  there are some people that are awesome coders that are members. you might or might not beable to find someone, but i would try
