3. i'd see it more like a gas that MAKES water/snow depending on its temp, from 0°K to 0°C it will make snow, from 10°C to 99°C it will make water, in higher temps, it will not produce anything, it will start make LIGH if sparked once

1. because most of then are useless and usually suggested by noobs.
2. FIGH is irevalent, the only use a "cloud" has is a more simple word for "water vapour"
3.like I said, WTRV + ambient heat simulation creates a steady release of water, we also have fog which remains a gas at lower tempuratures.
