works like GEL, but as a solid. powders and liquids will try to adhere to it, but it won't get moved by them. its adhesion worsens with increasing temperature. made by putting hydrated GEL (TMP>74) under high pressure (above 15) and low heat (under -50 celsius). this will make conv-less drills that drill into anything other than concrete hopefully possible. if this has been suggested already, then... cool, i guess?

I just said it was already rejected and shared a link. Am I a ghost or something?
HAVE you read the suggestion at all?
The GLUE is something like GEL not anything related to "moving solids".
I still don't understand the point the gluing stuff together with GLUE.
The wiki literally states that it is a list of elements that shouldn't be suggested:
You are on the previously requested elements page. Here are suggestions that should not be suggested are placed. If you plan on making a suggestion, read the following first.

whats wrong with me giving out an idea on how it might work? also as tadpole1 said, glue isnt related to moving solids at all imo
nothings wrong, and yeah, glue isnt related. unless it glues powder together to fall as one, then that falls into that category.
