Better account system?

So I've noticed that people have been getting really really toxic lately so I think that there should be a way to report an account kinda like the report option for saves and they should add a way to ban really toxic player that get too many reports I think there should be an account men he that lets people he is you account and with the saves but more easily than the user: thing like many it would show accounts of recent saves you viewed or a button when loading saves.
I think that that enough reports should ban people for a period of time and if they get 20 or more reports get banned completely.
I know that people would take advantage of those so many a group of tot developers would evaluate the ban and see if it is a real ban or just toxic people.
This is just an idea so if any dev sees this please make this My creations are no getting good rating anymore

Reports numbers are not an accurate measurement of how toxic a user is within the community. This kind of idea would be ripe for abuse by a group of players reporting a user for "fun". Currently, we have a zero tolerance policy on the harassment in the community. If staff deems a user to be "toxic" then their account is permanently suspend and the offending content is removed. There is little leeway in terms of appeal for users who are banned for harassment.
The major issue with the community still having a noticeable harassment or toxicity problem is simple - very few actually report the issue immediately. We cannot and do not go through every single save and comment area to moderate. In fact, for all of the staff members here, this isn't something we do full-time because it's a voluntary position. It's important for users to report the issue or message a member of staff with the details as soon as possible, in order for us to intervene.
Additionally, when something does occur, users will often delete the save before we can even take a look at what is going on. I cannot stress this enough - deleting saves and then reporting the problem doesn't help. We cannot view the comments or take action efficiently if the evidence is no longer in existence.Edited 2 times by Lockheedmartin. Last: 12th Dec 2020 -

I'll also say one additional thing, definitely do report saves that have toxic users on them, to let us know. If it's just a simple bad comment, we can delete it and note down that we had to. This would help us build a case against those users. More extreme toxicity or harassment will be dealt with like Lockheedmartin said.
Reporting a save doesn't have any negative mark on the save, so do report the save even if it is your own. Just explain the problem in the report message.
Back when I had more time, I was always in the know about toxic users, but I do very much rely on reports to let me know about problems these days.
