LCRY speed

    I think LCRY should be tweaked to be a bit faster turning on and off.

    I could probably make it instant like it is in my mod (just like all the other powered elements), and it somehow maintains compatibility too :P

    A fast LCRY should be a separate element.

     

    @jacob1 it doesn't maintain 100% compatibility. here's a good example of something that most likely won't look right:

    That would work too. I just want a faster LCRY. Maybe it could be named LCD?
