Element suggestion: Rock

ROCK would be a solid and melt at 700 degrees celcius. It would have the interesting property of melting into molten (ctype) if it's tmp is 10. ROCK would spawn similar to QRTZ with random tmp's (0-10), and (maybe) be slightly more the color of its ctype the higher it's tmp is. It would be a darkish gray color if it's tmp is 0. pressure would turn it into STNE. It's default ctype would be IRON.

I think its a good suggestion, but I think brick(BRCK) is basically you suggestion. Although I feel like the property's that you suggested for rock would be good to add to the brick properties.

     Anyone else thinking this?

I guess it could be called 'ore'.

Yes. It really bugged me when I first started playing TPT and STNE would always fall. I thought that the game didn't work right.

We have concrete. And QRTZ. Don't get me wrong I think a solid version of STNE would be alright.

I've been wanting something like this for a long time, but mostly so it can be the subject of refineries trying to extract different elements of interest out of it. ;P

Maybe instead of having a cutoff (i.e. at tmp=9, you get molten ORE, at tmp=10 you get molten ctype), you could make it melt into the ctype at a (tmp)% chance?

e.g. if the ORE had a tmp of 50, it will produce a roughly 50:50 mix of molten STNE and molten (ctype), but if its tmp was 90, you'd get a 90:10 ratio of molten (ctype) to molten STNE
