I went ahead and finished that bible for you:

    What to do:

    Be awesome.

    What not to do:

    Be an idiot.

And then we get a Nia Teppelin faced user who wants to absolutely ruin TPT.

While i still have a good feeling that this is not going to get anywhere, I'll tell you the first part.
TPT was coded first by skylark (apparently because he didn't like the powder game). Simon later took it from him, and started the forums and stuff, and TPT started it's journey.

    Genesis
    Chapter 1

1 In the beginning Skylark created The Powder Toy and the servers.
2 And The Powder Toy was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the frontpage: and the Spirit of Skylark moved upon the face of the pages.
3 And Skylark said, Let there be saves: and there was saves.
4 And Skylark saw the saves, that they were good: and Skylark divided the good saves from the new saves
5 And Skylark called the good "By Votes", and the new saves he called "By Date". And there was the frontpage and there was the new page, one save browser.
